(BWE1200) Full Bio-Wellness Examination
The Bio-Wellness exam is a compilation of over 44 tests. These tests are designed to assess the body’s physiological functions in its present state. This test will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours per individual to complete and one must prepare prior to testing. (BWE 1208) Mineral Assessment (Magnesium, Calcium, Potassium, Sodium)
The human body utilizes minerals for the proper composition of bone and blood, and maintenance of normal cell function. Minerals function along with vitamins as essential components in enzymes and coenzymes. If an enzyme is lacking the necessary mineral, it cannot function properly no matter how much of the vitamin is available.
(BWE1209) Adrenal/Hormone Panel
By analyzing the urine, saliva, blood pressure, pulse pressure, pupilary reflex, and Bio-Meridian scan we can compare and analyze adrenal function. Hans Selye was the first to identify the changes to adrenal glands via stress. The adrenal glands go from normal to an alarmed stage via momentary stress. Prolonged stress causes them to become exhausted and weakened affecting all other hormone related glands, organs, and their respective functions. This combination of tests gives the physician a clue as to the extent of adrenal dysfunction.
(BWE1210) Blood / Microscopy Panel
The microscope gives a physician insight as to the internal milieu of the human frame. By analyzing live and dry blood slides a physician can determine the state of the red blood cells and white blood cells. Red blood cells can give a physician clues as to B9, B12, hemoglobin, iron, spleen imbalances, as well as the state of enzymetic activity, ionization within the body and possible bacteria, parasite, and toxicity overload. The lack of white blood cells or the frequency of them can indicate possible immune system overload or dysfunction.
(BWE1211) Mal-absorption Panel
The mal-absorption test allows the physician to objectively analyze the gut for unfavorable bacteria. This urine test screens for byproducts of harmful anaerobic bacteria. This bacteria leads to bowel dysbiosis eventually causing digestive disturbances and mal-absorption leading into allergies and other inflammatory symptoms.
(BWE1212) Urine dipstick panel
The urine dipstick screens for gross organ function abnormalities and nutrient imbalances. The imbalances analyzed could lead to serious health problems like liver, kidney, pancreatic disorders, and other tissue degenerative issues that lead to chronic disease.
(BWE1213) Free radical activity panel
The oxidata tests for free radical activity by detecting the byproducts of malondialdehydes (MDA) in urine. Accumulations fo free radicals can lead to inflammation and eventually degeneration shortening the lifespan of cells and ultimately leading to chronic disease and acceleration of the aging process.
(BWE 1214) Nitrate / Ammonia panel
These 2 urine tests give us an insight into protein digestion along with liver and kidney function. Undigested proteins lead to elevated levels of ammonia and nitrates burdening the entire system especially liver and kidney functions. The liver and kidneys are the main filters of the body. Weak liver and kidney function leads to elevated inflammation and eventually chronic conditions.
(BWE 1215) ANS Sympathetics / Parasympathetics
These tests give us a snapshot at how well balanced the autonomic nervous system is. The ANS is the part of the nervous system that works continuously to keep homeostasis within our bodies without any input from us. The ANS controls the cardiovascular, digestive and repair mechanisms within the body. Among many other symptoms, a sympathetic body will override the parasympathetic system and hinder the body from breaking down food and the ability to repair. On the other hand a parasympathetic dominant body has leaky cells leading to allergic and auto immune reactions due to compromised levels of calcium.
(BWE 1400) Bio-meridian
The bio-meridian measures frequency running through meridians of the body. Deviation from normal gives a snapshot of what is happening in the organs, glands, nerves, circulatory systems and body fat. Depending on the degree of deviation a physician can determine if a patient is in an acute or chronic state of inflammation.
(BWE 1216) Blood/Urinary Sugars Tests
Sugar is the body's fuel. Sugar metabolism is how the body obtains its fuel. Measuring blood and urine sugars gives a physician a look at the body's ability to access energy through the different metabolic pathways. These measurements give a physician insight to both the sugar highs and lows of what is happening in the body.
(BWE 1217) Ureas; Nitrates/Ammonia
These tests give us a snapshot at protein digestion and metabolism. Nitrates and ammonias are the by products of protein digestion and other chemical reactions in the body. In low levels these ureas are useful to the body. Increased levels of nitrates and ureas means there is a clearance issue. The body has an ability to package and rid itself of the access ureas. In increasing amounts they put a burden on the kidney and liverallowing the opportunity for chronic disease.
(BWE 1218) Urine Calcium vs. Tissue Calcium
These tests allow a physician to evaluate calcium and its cofactors. Urine calcium tells us how much calcium is leaving the body while tissue calcium tells us how much is being used by the muscles of the body. Calcium is required by all muscles to perform work. Malfunctioning calcium pathways can lead to chronic fatigue and can also disrupt the thyroid/parathyroid systems leading to hormonal imbalances.
(BWE 1220) Hair Tissue Analysis
A hair tissue mineral analysis is a screening test for the level of 20 minerals and toxic metals in a sample of hair. It is a tissue mineral biopsy that is non-invasive, relatively inexpensive and extremely accurate. This analysis will produce a report that includes information related to your metabolic rate, metal toxicity, energy levels, sugar and carbohydrate tolerance, immune system, autonomic balance, glandular activity and metabolic trends.
